I have been storing either my motorhome and caravan with Callestick Storage over the last four years. I have always found the service excellent, the vehicle has always been ready as requested, and space is always ready in the holding pen when I return. I have also used the wash and wax service, which has kept my vehicles in showroom condition. The value of this was proven when I came to sell the caravan via their Caravan Sales, it sold quickly and easily. We have stored our caravan with Callestick for several years. Our initial key reason for choosing them was that Callestick had been awarded the top Gold Standard rating by CaSSOA (Caravan Storage Site Owners' Association). This entails an independent assessment of the site, its security fencing, access control, the exit & entrance system including the CCTV, alarms and fire protection offered on site. This means that when you insure your caravan and you state that it is being stored in a Gold Standard site you actually end up paying a lower insurance premium than otherwise would be the case…. and as I hail frae Scotland saving a few “bawbees” is a good start. Since then we have got to know just how good Mark and his team are at ensuring that our caravan is safely stored, yet ready for collection when required. Think we hold the record in ringing Mark at 8am one morning saying we needed our caravan urgently and when we arrived one hour later it was all ready to hitch up! So if you want security backed up by a very high standard of service from a friendly bunch then this is the place to go to.

We stored our caravan with Callestick caravan storage for two years while living abroad and had already found Mark and Karen to be very helpful, communicating long distance and arranging for maintenance, washing etc was extremely straightforward and it was reassuring to know that the van was in safe hands. So when head eventually ruled heart and the time came to sell our Knaus, rather than leave it in storage long term, it was only natural to turn to Mark, Karen and Tom to handle the sale through their sales service. They took care of marketing and made arrangements for servicing and any remedial works to be carried out through their local service providers, Penrose touring, and as a result the process of selling our caravan was virtually stress-free, we were also very pleasantly surprised at the price achieved and the speed at which the caravan sold, in fact it had barely made it on to the sales website before the sold sign went up. I would highly recommend Mark, Karen and Tom for any of the caravan services they provide, and although saying goodbye to our van was a sad experience we hope to have the chance to have dealings with Mark & Co again sometime in the future. Callestick Caravan Storage is the best!! We have stored at several places over the years but have never had such a good service as we get from Mark & Karen. Nothing is too much trouble for them. It's great to know that our van is tucked away safely when not in use and the ease of collecting and returning to the compound is so straightforward.

We can recommend Mark's cleaning services as well. Our van always looks immaculate after he has washed and polished it. We almost feel guilty bringing it back after a trip with it looking dirty again.
